Joaquín Arteaga Piña

Joaquin focus his professional practice in the areas of civil, commercial, corporate Law, Compliance and M&A.

He studied at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile Law School, graduating in 2019. Previously he worked between 2018 up to 2021 in the General Counsel Office at Deloitte Chile, and during 2021 in the Legal & Compliance Team in Samsung Electronics Chile.

During 2021 he completed the Diploma in Commercial Companies and Enterprises, and the Diploma in M&A, both from the Universidad de los Andes of Chile. In 2014 she participated in the “IV International Course on Roman Law: Duties, Obligations and Damages from Rome to Modern Law” at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
