Felipe Rocha

He joined Menchaca & Cia in 2023.

Felipe focuses his practice in the areas of antitrust, regulated industries and corporate law.

He studied Law at the University of Chile, graduating in 2022 with one of the best grades of his generation.

Before joining Menchaca y Cia, Felipe worked as a legal assistant, between 2020 and 2022, at the law firm Barros & Errázuriz, as well as in the Antimonopoly Division of the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office (FNE).

Felipe currently collaborates as an assistant professor of Antitrust and Civil Law at the University of Chile and University of Santiago.
