Sebastián Pica T.

He joined Menchaca & Cía in 2018.

Sebastián focuses his professional practice in the areas of corporate, administrative and fishing law.

He studied at Universidad de Chile School of Law, graduating in 2016. Previously, he worked as an associate at Recabarren & Asociados and Durán & Cía law firm.

In his professional work, he has advised companies in the fishing, aquaculture, agricultural, real estate and mining sectors, in contractual, judicial, administrative and environmental matters, mergers and acquisitions, among others.

In the academic field, he has been an assistant to the Civil Law chair at Universidad de Chile, and to the Diploma in Environmental Management at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile School of Engineering.
