Maria Ileana focuses her professional practice in the area of corporate, civil, commercial and Mergers and Acquisitions law.

Is member advises companies in different fields, such as fishing, salmon, real estate, energy, mining and agriculture.

She is member of the Board of Directors of companies in the salmon and real estate sector.

She studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In 2008 and 2009 she became a Master of Laws in Business Law and got a Diploma in Business Taxation, both at the Universidad De Los Andes, obtaining in both cases, the Best Academic Performance award.
