He joined Menchaca & Cía in 2012.

Kevin focuses his practice in ​​civil, arbitration, labor, commercial and antitrust litigation. His professional practice is focused on litigation and dispute resolution in different subjects, both in regular courts and arbitral courts. He has also gained experience in mergers and acquisitions.

He studied Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, degree awarded with maximum distinction in 2015. The same year he won the Phillipi Award for the best private law student of his promotion.

In 2012, he participated in the «III International Roman Law Course Contracting and Circulation of Goods: from Rome to the new European instruments», at the University of Salamanca, Spain. In 2016, he completed a Diploma in Litigation and new procedures in the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, obtaining maximum distinction, and in 2018, he completed a Diploma in Good Practices in Antitrust Law, obtaining maximum distinction.

Regarding the academy, he has been both assistant and assistant professor of different courses at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile: Commercial Law Assistant (2012 2016); Procedural Law Assistant (2013-2015); Jurisprudence in Free Competition Assistant (2020); Seminar of Investigation and Jurisprudential Systematization of the Supreme Court Assistant; Assistant Professor of the Universidad Católica Legal Clinic (2019 to date). He has also been Assistant Professor of Economic Law at the Universidad de Santiago (2019).
