Francisca Ossa Monge

She joined Menchaca & Cía in 2022.

Francisca focuses her practice in the areas of competition law, regulated industries and dispute resolution.

She studied law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating as a lawyer in 2017. From the years 2017 to 2021 she worked at the Dispute Resolution team at Cruzat, Wahl & Cía.

During 2020 she completed a Diploma in Competition Law at the same university, specialising in Regulated Industries.

In 2022 she obtained the degree of Master in Laws (LL.M) under the specialism of Competition, Innovation and Trade Law at The London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. That year she attended and completed an executive course on State Aid and Subsidies Regulation at the same university.

She currently participates as a research assistant at the Competition Law Programme at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
