She joined Menchaca & Cia in 2019.

Constanza focuses her professional practice in the areas of Antitrust Law, Compliance and Regulated Markets.

She studied Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating in 2018. During 2017 she completed the Diploma in Antitrust Law at the same University, obtaining the highest grade in her promotion.

Previously Constanza served as a lawyer for the Defender of the Insured of he Chilean Association of Insurers A.G.

In the academic field, she has been an assistant in several courses taught by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile: Coordinator of the “Jurisprudential Systematization Research Seminar of the Supreme Court” (2020); UC Legal Clinical Assistant, Labor Law Section (2018-2019); UC Antitrust Center Assistant (2017); Coordinating Assistant “XII UC Free Competition Conference on Compensation for Injuries”, organized by the UC Antitrust Center with the National Economic Prosecutors Office (2017); Assistant of Constitutional Law, «Constitutional Bodies, Powers and Controls» (2015). In 2014 she participated in the “IV International Course on Roman Law: Duties, Obligations and Damages from Rome to Modern Law” at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
